Thread regarding Barnes & Noble layoffs

With Barnes & Noble doomed to close soon, how will 'The Leftovers" survive?

B&N's reputation has been in the toilet since the Nook failure and has only gotten worse with every passing year. Add to that, sales are at an all-time low and look like they'll never rebound, customer reviews have been horrendous on Yelp and other social media, company and management reviews are even worse on job sites like Indeed. With all this in mind, what are "The Leftovers" employees going to do once the company takes the throne from Lord & Taylor? Who is going to hire them?

Best thing to happen to me is when management made things so unbearable that I quit that shltty store and found a great job for a lot more money and perks. I hate the whole sleazy company and will be ecstatic to see them close!

No one.
Who would hire an employee from a failed company?!
And before you say it’s not the employees fault. Bad customer service is an employee’s fault.

Everyone is just going to have to go out into the marketplace and find out what they are really worth especially management.
