Shame on me for staying with this company for so many years. I worked my tail off, never complained about money even Though I was paid way below the minimum for my position and peers. I trained numerous employees who came in making more than me and I did it without be disgruntled.
The systems and IT department are the worst compared to any other company. The systems are ancient for all functions and it is the most disgusting task trying to get one small process going. I don’t wish this employment on any sane adult. They preach safety and work life balance but will stab you in the back if you don’t k–l yourself working ridiculous amounts of hours if you’re on salary. If you don’t work at SJP then how dare you even try to work from home (DURING A FREAKIN PANDEMIC, mind you)! The inconsistencies with how they operate are disgraceful.
I’m so happy that this nightmare is soon to be over and I will advocate against any person that I truly care about ever working for this two faced jerk of a company.

Its never going to get better. Huge bankruptcy. Nobody getting paid. No vendors will touch it. Customers upset. Women screaming.
If you are not happy pack your gear and leave nothing worse than going to a place of work that you are not happy at.

You can quit Monday morning and all your misery will be over. It’ll be easier that way for your sanity.

Boo hoo, dry your tears. Move on, prove yourself elsewhere if you can. Being bitter will make you ill, are you not better than that?
When (if) O&G turn around, WFT employees will be flying out the door.
