If I was lucky to not get let go this week, do I need to worry about being let go next week or next month?

Accept it. Get your plan B ready re your finances. Snap up your LinkedIn profile. If you haven't been laid off, go into stealth search as you don't want to broadcast to management that you are looking. If you have been laid off, indicate on your profile that you're looking for work. Get yourself visible to recruiters. But it's important that you start looking, applying, and interviewing NOW. Don't wait for the ax. Don't be a victim. On this, you can take control.
A smart person once told me that every day you spend on the job is one day closer to the time you will be leaving. Doesn't matter if 6 months or 20 years.
Was told today, Centene will be laying off every quarter through Q1 of 2022
I was told today Centers will be laying off each quarter through Q1 of 2022
I don’t think this is the end. More layoffs are coming 6 months down the road. The more Centene acquires, the more cuts need to be made.

Many legacy Wellcare nurses, and supervisors from UM department in Tampa.
Oh lovely! I thought I’d be safe if I hadn’t heard anything yet. We have a 1pm meeting with about 30 nurses and our director...... worried 😟
They are still laying people off today as well, people on PTO will be notified upon their return.
