What does the P in SPIRIT stand for? That’s right and without that aspect the company wouldn’t function. Ie with no People the company couldn’t produce oil and gas. That’s as far as it goes, everyone needs to realize that they are dispensable. Every two weeks we are paid in full and not owed a dime more and likewise every two weeks we don’t owe COP any more, unless you are chasing endless RSU’s and VCIP. If you’re unhappy then get off the treadmill and find something else. No amount of VCIP and RSU’s will make any culture worth it.
Few are getting fired. Most are getting laid off. Big difference.
