After multiple days of sitting on hold with the phone sitting there on speaker for many hours I got through relatively sick this morning. Less than an hour. However the seemingly stressed and frazzled young lady said because I am not a current employee that they could not help me and that I had to refer to the benefits website and use the help and chat functions there. I assume that is a vendor I would be speaking to on that site and not Allstate itself. So in short because I am no longer with the company AskHR said they could not help or speak to me regarding my issues.

Hell, I still work for the company and I have a hard time getting through and I as well get referred to the benefits website.
