The ax is being sharpened now. The big reveal will be in April as to who is leaving, who is working from home, who is going back to an office structure, and who is going part time in office, part time at home. If you don’t like the decision, you can always leave. That is your choice. People are waiting off shore to take your job.

They ain’t done with the layoffs. They may ask everyone to take another assessment since their first one was so insightful and useful for them. They don’t care. The goal is to wear you down so much that you will quit. Been part of the plan for a long time. More smoke and mirrors to come trying to show caring. All fake. They will never admit to what they’ve done or why they’re doing. Watch your back. It’s gonna get ugly around here......again.

Is there a time frame for the next round of layoffs within claims? March? April?

I can say as a source knowing of the situation within claims and one that will also be impacted that claims will not be recognizable as we know it today by the end of 2021. The OP is 100% correct. Plan and have all your ducks in a row. If you are currently in claims it is best to mentally and strategically consider yourselves laid off already. Get ahead of it and don't be a victim to it. While severance will likely be there don't count on it 100%. Get ahead of their game and position yourself for success potentially outside of Allstate before the machete is swung. Do for you!

This company hates American workers so much, they require fair wages and benefits. American workers are not afraid to speak up and talk back to leadership. American workers can communicate with policyholders in a coherent manor and not a robotic scripted talk path. Younger generation may not mind dealing with overseas workforce but elderly and middle-aged consumer considers this a big turnoff. What age group should this company be looking to for success?
