intel like other corporations, is rewarding incompetent top management and its shareholders. We had 3 CEOs in the last 4 years. Clearly the change was needed because of bad execution issues under incompetent management. All those employees who benefited from Bob could send him many thanks, take their pictures with thank you notes, Bob was fired, plain and simple. Because he was unsuccessful.

But it didn’t stop the board from paying these people top rewards. Bob made more than Satya Nadella. A successful CEO. The same board and the incompetent management rewarded shareholders by wasting billions buying Intel’s stock and increasing dividends.

The US government should not hand out our tax payers money to corporations such as Intel that rewarded failed executives. Promoted/rewarded their friends and wasted billions buying its own stock and giving dividends. When it comes to better health care, better schools, ohh we have budget deficit and are we becoming a socialist country. When it comes to rewarding Wall Street banks, wealthy with our tax money, both Republicans and democrats are so generous.

Intel has enough money to build a fab. Let’s send complaints to our representatives.

Did I miss something, Intel has had record revenue and profits, didn’t they plow more than 10 BILLION into RD and also BILLIONS into dividends all while replacing two CEOs, yeah ask for more money from government after getting tax breaks from Israel and Ireland, why not billions more from US

Money hasn’t been Intel’s problem just terrible management in Ronler

Root cause is stealing of American technology. Biden is too weak and a puppet of special interests. His every solution is to just spend more taxpayer dollars. Intel knows that so might as well get some dollars while the printing press is on.

Laying off people isn't giving enough returns to investors so now it's going begging from Uncle Sam and the tax payers (which includes the laid off people...)

Questions - Where's Intel's war chest funding (spent?) and expansion still progressing w/ Greenfield RA build-out & new vertical parking lot.

Disgusting. Mismanaging the company for years, moving everything to lower cost geos and screwing US workers and now looking to daddy government to bail them out. If they do get a bailout it should be conditioned on the board of all the companies getting it resigning and clawing back all of the cash they got from doing stock buybacks vs investing in us manufacturing.

As an American taxpayer, I do not agree to subsidize such shameless welfare queens, pontificating and puffing like toads and hurrying to fill their pockets in the meantime. This is so anti-American values. Why don't they just do their jobs?

Nice optics. Highly profitable tech companies seeking taxpayer-funded handouts while small businesses close all over the country. This is embarrassing.

Shameful indeed that able-bodied and talented quote unquote men and women beg for help from the taxpayer. For what? What a joke.

The feds already paid Intel enough for Aurora, the still no-show and DOA if it ever appears supercomputer, ruined by Intel incompetence and hubris. No amount of twitter posts from slide-master Raja can save that debacle.
