Upstate Fidelis Clinical Services after being told we were safe.
Yes lay offs in marketing from reps, Sups, managers and at least 1 director, also in QA, member services reps at least 30 and at least 3 Sups, Medicare reps and Retention Sups !!! Nothing in enrollment, provider relations or finance that we have heard of!!! Mostly a mix of good and bad employees and the good employees had great reviews !!! They are making sure it was a mix of people to avoid any lawsuits!!!
Yes Fidelis NY employees have been laid off.
Many of my colleagues were let go Wednesday. Most of them joined less than a year ago.
I'm a Fidelis marketing employee in upstate, no word yet.
