I was told I’d have to work through 3/4 or forfeit my severance package. Can’t use vacation and sick leave up until that date. Will not be reimbursed for PTO balance.

In our department we were told March 4 is last day but for safety reasons you cannot go to office, they will pack your personal belongings and mail...you will mail back office equip...
Pack what you want to take with you from your desk before they escort you out with a goon. I had all my note books thrown away because they contained Centene information, even though they were clinical and training materials. If you are physically at an office, get your belongings before your termination meeting. Centene is a monster that destroys good managed care companies.
Depends on your role. Some VPs were done immediately. Some have 4-6 weeks. If you don’t play ball they’ll definitely tell you that you’re done immediately.
Understand that this is about money first. . Performance, if at all a factor, is a distant second consideration.
The zoom call tomorrow (Thursday) is half an hour from 8:30 to 9am.
If its a zoom call, how long is the meeting that you are invited to?
