OHI survey: managers should respect employees, who knew?

Also they should ask their employees opinions before decisions that affect them...,
also they should mentor and coach them ...
so weird. Never thought employees should be treated like that.

Full of toxic managers. Don’t do what they say they will do. Then blame you for getting frustrated about empty promises. Illogical business sense. No ethics and employee abuse is a daily requirement.

It's AIG - dog-eat-dog and you get chewed up and spit out without a care in the world. The company has ZERO ethics and whines and cries about how it wasn't their fault that they were part of the problem in '08 when the company darn near tank if not for the good graces of uncle sam and tax payers...then we get this song and dance how wonder the company is by paying back 100% to uncle sam - once again a smoke mirror...it was saved to pay these executive tons of money so they can get their toys and power grab egos. Money for nothing. Ugh. Now, some feel this place should be a feel good mentor me shop - it will never be that.
