I’ve been relieved since I no longer work at Allstate. For a while I really worried because I couldn’t get a job, but I managed. There is life outside of Allstate. I recently got a new job and it was a little weird for me when I met former colleagues from here and those colleagues I thought were the best at their job. The company loses and rejects those who are worth the most. Sad.

It is sad. My old area kept the uneducated over educated. The uneducated people weren't bad but I was under the impression that more educated was better. I've been doing it wrong all these years.
