My userid/password seems to not work. I can access SSIP and in fact, have rolled some money to Schwab in January. Password reset tied to my email does not seem to work?

Same happened when I retired. About month later all was well.
I took the lump sum by the way and boy oh boy was I glad I did it. I parlayed that thing into a ton of $$$$ in the market.
2nd best move I made in the last year. 1st was contacting NESC and letting know when my last day was.
It took 4 months for me to be able to access AXZ post retirement. You can call number on AXZ site not the NESC # and they can generate a pin for you, if that is what you need.
I ran into the same thing - Takes about 90 days for your “work” CDS to expire, so after that time they can assign your “retiree” CDS to the AXZ system.
Why don't you try something kinda out of the box like say (oh... I don't know...) contacting Ford with this problem ?? *Because if you really an "actual" retiree you should already have the number for NESC
