What a– kisser posted this? Someone who received a hefty bonus no doubt. This post was certainly not an associate at the store level that GVR left with a $2000+ health insurance bill, unachievable sales goals, threatened of being terminated left and right, and being forced to send customers email after email with management breathing down their neck and dealing with the general beating of a retail environment during a pandemic. While he rakes in millions with Cadillac health insurance. This company is doomed with him at the helm. Such a disgrace!
First - who posted this? The communications team? Geoffroy himself? In a sick way the pandemic helped our CEO - it hid all of his mistakes and took the focus off of him. May the new board be diligent about the culture and leadership we have here.
It's been a tough three years: bankruptcy, a pandemic, riots, store closings, job losses, losing strong women leaders and the ship continues to take on water. But our leader has made out like a bandit. So disappointing to see how he has been rewarded for his me first behavior. What kind of board do we have?
