Ooo, yeah. The first orange screwdriver I brought home was immediately snatched up by a family member. The next one was mine! I started as a contractor in pro services. The contractor pay was out of sight! I lost quite a bit when I went full time. Had to leave the company to get back up there.

The orange screwdriver they used to include with every Steelhead. It was a quality 6-in-1 tool that I still use to rack other vendor's equipment.
Well the salary is good but when you stuck due to missing strategy it is time to leave.

I was hoping the SE team would start implementing changes that would drive product direction since we know what customer needs and bypassing PM’s since they don’t do anything. But this hasn’t happened and every department is marching to the pied pipers beat right off a cliff.
Sorry, I don't see any real strategy at the moment. To think that you can absorb everything with App ACC and NPM is ridiculous. NPM and App ACC were so neglected in the past and Riverbed is feeling it now. SKO was a joke. There is nothing new and partners were disappointed. I am really p-ss-d off!
