I call the case administrator every few months, they always tell me to call back... in a few months. At this point in time, I'm just checking the legal status websites that provide updates on the case, since the administrator seems to be using these sites for updates as well.

Nothing screams innocence like Big Blue delaying things for 11 years & counting.
They have added additional plaintiffs and they are looking at dividing the pie up more to increased numbers. Also not surprisingly Allstate is dragging It's heels and expect an appeal from Big Blue's legal team regarding parts of the judgment. In other words it is still going to be a while.
Does anyone out there know when the $ will be distributed?
This is why Allstate was having me and a couple of other people do their dirty work for them on a long a– list of claims... to see if we actually paid the vendor. Literally was having us dig through thousands of claims .
Court documents say the settlement is $7 million with approximately $2.9 million going to people in the class represented by the lawsuit. Rest goes to the lawyers for fees and expenses.
Google says 120M. 50k for each adjuster
