Shopping malls and retailers have been devastated this past year and mall owners are looking for any help they can find. Target Corp. has been in talks with Simon Property Group, New Plan Excel Realty Trust as well as other shopping mall owners across the country to acquire space in shopping malls to replace businesses which have been underperforming. Target is one of the few retailers to have been consistently successful and even weathered Covid better than most.

Now this is a great idea. Even a Kohl's would make more sense than the expensive BN
I hope so I would love a Target here and no one is buying anything at the BN here!
This is smart. Not only does Target have great affordable merchandise, it also has books, and they're a lot CHEAPER
Target already took out the Lexington ave location in nyc, that was the second biggest location next to union square.
