Literally can't get anyone on the phone at AskHr to inquire about my last paycheck, or to get a copy of the last paystub.
What is the best way to go about this? I emailed a week ago and haven't heard anything back via email yet either. Pretty sad I am even having to come here to type this.
The ASK HR chat is useless when you wait 4 hours and nobody ever comes online. Allstate doesn’t want people to know what their benefits are or what they’re entitled to. I’m not blaming the HR people, they’re just as screwed as the rest of us.
I think they got hit hard with this transformative growth c-ap and got 3x the work to do with less staff. I feel bad for the ones left to do with the companies shambles
My Paystub was mailed to my old address that I haven't been at for 10 months. Yes, my new address was updated as soon as I moved. So a** backwards!
I have been trying to reach them via chat since Monday and everyday I wait the entire day and no one ever answers the chat. Literally all day for the past 5 days with no answer.
My last paycheck came in the mail printed so light and with blotches that I could barely read it. They at least could have changed the printer cartridge. And it looked like a drunk chimpanzee folded it. A final eff you from the good hands I guess.
The phone lines are open, it’s just endless waiting. Been waiting for over 2 hours now.
Even Comcast isn’t THAT bad.
I'm guessing if someone is inquiring about a last paycheck/paystub, he or she is no longer with the company so chat is not an option. If that's the case, perhaps try calling them as soon as the phone lines open.
HR got hit pretty hard with layoffs. The two HR people that handled our area's layoffs were laid off shortly after we were. I think AskHR is servicing primarily through chat now like the rest of the company.
