Looking at some of the crazy questions makes me wonder how some of y’all didn’t get NSI’d years ago.

What kind of questions? Things like "is covid warfare on the poor" and "are there microchips in the vaccine". Completely horrible questions.

Isn't making fun of people for how they say things the exact opposite of diversity? Big trend today is that our society and the company doesn't want intolerant people like you.
Fwiw, y'all is 5 characters in length and it's 1 syllable. You all is 7 characters in length and 2 syllable. Y'all is more efficient to type and to say. The company wants efficiency and diversity, so you better keep your dumb intolerant thoughts to yourself and your head as close to your shoulders as possible.
And you use the word y’all 😂
