Glenn is paid by Allstate to be a hatchet man. And the stockholders and Board of Directors worship the guy as a result of his ruthless effectiveness.
I'm not even convinced Glenn loves dogs. One has to have a soul to feel love. My guess is he gets some sort of financial kickback for his animal support/humane society rhetoric. The man is subhuman.
