I'm curious if anybody working here actually considers themself safe? In the last few layoffs, I've noticed that people who have been here for decades and those who have the most experience ended up being cut together with some of the newer employees. I'm really not sure criteria they're using to determine who to put on the list. I used to think I was safe as an exemplary employee who's been here for nearly 15 years, but I'm no longer sure.

Reduction in force-staff with over 20 weeks severance unless you get placed in an internal job. Don’t know why less tenured not let go who took work away - could be selective ageism and political decisions
The stock has come roaring back with the bull market. Hopefully this will mitigate some layoffs but only time will tell.
Stock is now at 52 week record high. Layoffs for clinical staff confirmed today.
Nobody is safe unless you are at the top. Longtime employees are being cut and many jobs are being sent offshore. They will use the pandemic as an excuse to reduce onshore staff, not give merit increases, and limit upward mobility. All of this being done while sitting on record profits.
stock price hit hard today. ugly.
