When the CEO of the company won't eat his own cooking, the business has a problem.

The first step in correcting that would be to get rid of those responsible for causing the problem, starting with J Stankey and our soon to be resurrected Randal 'the Rat' Stephenson.

Either he feels there are better investments than T or feels he is overweight T and needs to diversify to other investments. He did this post financial release and executives only have small windows in which to trade which are approved in advance by several weeks to avoid insider trading violations
