Got fired today for “performance” after not meeting the unreasonable UN requirements.

It's a game they play don't take it personally. Apply for unemployment and don't let them screw you out of it! If you think you have a case, file a complaint with EEOC.

It's actually a blessing in disguise believe it or not. You will probably realize this later on. Try filing for unemployment anyways. They may or may not fight it.

Same thing happened to me last summer. I was miserable at Chase. Got a new job in 1 month and life is so much better. Getting fired is a way for them to save on layoffs. Don’t take it personally. Move on and be happy.

That's their new game. Shove out those they deem "unacceptable performance" instead of laying off so they don't have to pay severance and extended medical benefits. Also Allstate does corporate business in those states in which termination for performance is considered behavioral and disqualifies those for unemployment benefits. Hopefully you are not in one of those states and if you are fight like Hell for your unemployment as this company is such a mess that surely they will side with you in such an appeal with the state.
