What are some of the dumbest reasons you were put in the START program?
I’ve had anything from not getting a engine download and clearing up a trouble to p–ping in the lady’s bathroom.

I got a start minor for rubbing one off in the bathroom. The women in there turned me in.
I’m not a supervisor, but I have heard from several sources over the years from management and craft that 10% of your workforce should be in the start program at all times. If not then management looks bad.
If you are a pain in the a–, you'll get a start for a dumb reason. If some PEQerhead shows up in your yard, you'll get a start for a dumb reason.
Do your job, you need several of them before you lose your job anyway unless you do something extremely dumb.
Only Start I ever had was by forgetting a rule I should have remembered- my fault. I admitted it and took my Serious. If you are getting Starts for such dumb reasons you probably deserve them for getting caught or having targets on your back.

You could tie your shoes and end up with a start letter. Company has become a F N joke
One guy in my shop got it for using too many crew packs... Another guy got a letter for using a chrome wrench... I got a start minor for a missing first aid kit, but there was a zip tie on the box so I just assumed it was good...
