Any guess what Suzy M’s All Hands meeting on Wednesday is about?

Yeah, I'd put the blame on them too. Primarily because they tended to be the DOERS and not the a$$-kissers in the place. Dumpster fire are now appearing to be too kind words for that show and I'm sorry, if you've got a past in Services, then the buck stops with SMc, period.
Suzy is trying to put the blame on the folks that got laid off (or as she puts it volunteers to leave) as to why we need to have to work so hard. Now I know how she is able to sleep at night.
Sure she is but does Global Service and Support define the direction of the company???
I fully agree that the company has its issues but at least point the finger at the right people. And, if you are so disgruntled you should be pointing the finger at yourself.
Isn’t she the top exec of Global Service & Support???

Yes it does. It stops with those that have the ability to influence that change (i.e. C-level execs). Susan does not...
The buck has to stop somewhere.
Susan's meeting is just a follow-up to the BS townhall which was a follow-up to the GK townhall. Each leader takes what little level of transparency they are given and tries to expand on it and disseminate it to their teams.
Lots of "blame" here being put on Susan but she has little to no say about the direction of the company. The lack of transparency, communication and a plan is above even Susan's level!
I don’t think she has a clue as to what direction this company is going. Remember the FSE and SME positions? All BS. No matter what she says you know she can’t be trusted. This company is TOAST.
It's that time again... dust off your walking boots boys and girls! They don't need field engineers where they're going...
Likely to just say the business will focus on service sector so there will be no layoffs for the time
I wonder if there will be a Q & A at the end or will she run back into her bunker.
The upcoming re-org or maybe this weeks layoffs?
