Did anyone leave and go back to Allstate because it turned out that their new company wasn't much better after all?
I recently left thinking there aren’t a lot of places where it’s worse than here, but I was wrong. I’d love to come back, at least for a while, until I find some new option again and make sure it’s actually better.
Did you go to another carrier? And if so, which one?
2021 is way worse than 2020 working here, overload to max just horrible. 2020 was a dream va this understaffed sh–hole

Are there are jobs worse than Allstate? Sure. You could be working in a North Korean concentration camp. Would I encourage anyone to work at Allstate willingly? Not unless you like being demeaned and stressed out.
