He is regarded so poorly that LM began a program to reverse everything that was put in place under Shapiro...
Before you begin giving Shapiro credit for anything positive at LM, speak to former front line managers at LM...
Ask them about “back to basics” started within a year if his leaving...
Shapiro’s ONLY talent is reducing head count...Once that is played out he moves on...
The same thing will happen at Allstate, the only difference is that Allstate will be a shell hen he is finished...

Thanks to Glenn's callousness, I'm living a better life after being paid-off in 2019.
When Glen came out on his company tour after being hired, there was a q&a with employees in my office in North Carolina.
Someone asked what struck him about Allstate and he actually said, “it is over staffed.”
We just looked at each other and knew we were “not in Kansas anymore.”
The growth Liberty experienced happened well AFTER he left ....when they went back to basics. Shapiro took his cronies and back sniffers with him to Allstate. Look around.
