It's unbelievable to me that an organization serving the military would hire this guy. I worked at Citi when he was there, most of his direct reports left because he's a slave driver who spends all his time managing up, he was never around. He sets up meetings early on Saturdays with his team just to do it to see if anyone is unhappy with it. It's well known everywhere he worked, TD, Barclays that he's a terrible leader, folks at Citi all celebrated when he left.

This is such a great comment! Diversity is a strength isn’t it? Do we need this kind of diversity? Let’s hire people who learned how to have basic life necessities, like learning how to take showers when they first arrived to the United States. Why? Because there is no such culture and no opportunities to take a basic shower when one was born and grew up in Southern India. What I mean to say by this comment is hiring people who grew up in India will bring ‘special flavor’ on board of your organization, specifically is the ability to ‘manage up’ as the author mention in his previous post. Indian culture brings nothing more than cunning office politicians
