Thread regarding Barnes & Noble layoffs

Backstabbing Barnes & Noble is getting what deserves on social media!

I've been seeing a lot of truth telling and well deserved attacks on B&N on sites like Facebook, Twitter, etc.

"I would NEVER support a abusive company like BARNES & NOBLE who treats their employees worst than the garbage in their cafes. And by garbage, I mean that c-ap they sell in those food cases."

Let's keep this momentum going!

They lost $262 million fiscal year ending May 2018
( this comes from another thread on here)
Don’t tell me firing 3000 plus( and, lying, reporting you “ laid off” 1800, to the press) didn’t have an impact . Them, their families and their friends and lots of customers stopped shopping there.

Many, many customers showed support a few years ago when BN fired over 3000 long time Booksellers. That started even more sales to decline. . Sales declined so much they sold the company to Daunt. Long time customers joined the call to stop buying from BN, started by the fired Booksellers, their families & their friends.

My SM admitted a couple years back at Christmas time , how much money we’d lost from the families and friends of those fired.
The Bargain lead’s Mom & sister would drop close to 1000 each a couple weeks before Christmas in gift cards .

I'm doing my share ratting them out! And many people support us. Many customers said, I no longer shop there after I heard what they did to the employees I liked. It's nice to know some people have scruples.

As if customers care about customer service peons. They haven't cared for half a century, Boomers didn't even care about them, why would self-centered Zoomers start caring about them now?
