Glenn ran Liberty Mutual into the ground and convinced Tom Wilson and upper management that they should run allstate into the ground by laying off employees, buying market share while not caring that they are losing customers for poor service. Also they eventually want to send all the jobs to India. They say their motive is to be #1 but by the end of "transformative growth" look for allstate to be #5 or #6. Glenn should be in prison for intentionally destroying companies for his personal gain

It’s sad how adjusters are lured to some of these companies who promise opportunity, and a good working environment only to find how screwed up everything is once they get there. Adjusters making shifts need to interview and research the company. They could be jumping from the frying pan into the fire.
Here are the NAIC numbers from 2020. One thing to keep in mind Allstate will pick up NAT GEN in 2021’s numbers. Also, Wilson never has cared or never will care about Marketshare. Instead of fixing Allstate’s competitive position he is giving cash back to the shareholders so they will approve the inevitable merger with Progressive. With 400 agents that have left, 3200 support staff are gone, and the ineffective customer service unit one would expect Allstate’s retention numbers to continue to slip.

I happened to be in a training class with a group of liberty employees when Glenn first came on board. I asked them about him and they laughed said, you guys are f’d and that he was so bad for them they initiated a project called back to basics. The concept was to literally walk back everything he did.
I had no idea how bad it would actually be. Still talk to contacts over there and fortunately for them, the board identified the issue much more quickly than ours and ousted him...
Simply put he is a poison to everything he touches. How he is able to worm his way into company after company is an absolute mystery.

@phm+19XmhRcV..I'm not the OP that posted that Lib Mut is 4th but I know they are due to every kick off meeting I have attended for the last 5 years. At kick off they usually discuss how Allstate compares with other companies. State Farm is always #1, I believe Geico was #2, progressive was 3rd, and Allstate was 4th. Liberty Mutual was always 5th. But things have changed. However, I do know that the employees at Lib Mut were happy Glenn Left because of how he ruined the company. I actually had convos with adjusters from that company that openly discussed it.

OP, he ran Liberty into the ground? Uhh... how do people make such uneducated claims? Liberty moved up from like the 8th position in 2015/2016 carrier to the 4th position carrier in Total P/C marketshare...

The Wolf 🐺 wrote another Allstate customer today! The Customer’s Allstate Agent closed down and was transferred to an 800#. All the customer wanted to do was add a 4th car to his Allstate policy. After a 45 min wait and no relief in sight she called the Wolf 🐺 and I moved the client to an “A” rated carrier. The transaction went very smoothly and the customer was taken care of in 12 min. Thank you Porky 🐷 Glenn! Keep up the good work!
