To me, this kind of management, how this company is managed, is a total wreck. My personal opinion is that someone intentionally wants to destroy it. I can’t explain such horrible management otherwise. Is it possible that it can’t be any better, that both us and those at the top are doing well, that everyone is satisfied? It's awful what is being done with people who have often subordinated their private lives to this company.

This company can’t pay off their debt. Debt that they acquired for being greedy with a master plan. The only problem is that they failed and are now dumping everything that they can! So much for trusting your fearless leaders! You know the ones that told you to trust them?! Failed! DOR! Drop on request!
The level 3 merger was strictly a long haul fiber and big business purchase, it happed to include a local network they thought they could separate and unload, but after putting it up for sale and having zero buyers, they are left to just cut it off and suffer the losses. It’s just a numbers game with them, no regard for actual human lives that they affect.
