We lost two managers in service although no one has told anyone yet "officially." Technicians asking questions, call center don't know squat on who to go to for answers either. What a joke.
Speaking of call centers, anyone know if they are on the chopping block any time soon as well? So far, they haven't been touched. I am sure it is coming though. Too many secrets in this place.

I didn't think there were any call centers left at XBS. We lost ours a year ago this month.
I was a victim of the Xerox Voluntary reduction in force after 10 years with the company on the west coast. I just sold over $50k in business and was still cut. My pipeline was set up to exceed quota next 3 quarters. It's a huge weight off my shoulders, all the stress caused by HCL was overbearing. Really sad to see where the company is going. Was told sales execs to be replaced by business development reps.
