Understand that a part of the plan right now is to make the lives of American workers a living hell....
They want you to quit before they lay you off. Every employee with over 5 years of tenure who quits (or can be fired), saves them money for severance and possible unemployment....
Almost the entire claims operation based in the states will be transitioned to India within the next two years.....that is a known fact and don’t let anyone try to convince you of otherwise.
So understand, they don’t want you happy where you will stick around. They want you to quit now.....
For those of you who don’t quit, they will be just as happy to get you on a UN to fire you for cause as that will save the severance expense as well.......so expect the goals to continue to get more aggressive......
Understand Allstate wants you gone...at the end of the day, that is the harsh truth...that is the reward for years of giving your best..
For those of you who survived the 2020 cut, you bought maybe another 2 years of employment under conditions that have been purposefully created to make your lives terrible and to ensure that you will not be successful...
In the new Allstate, that is the definition of “good work” and “good hands.”

This is the truth . Allstate is forcing the work down our throats in an effort to make us quit so they won’t have to pay out severance or unemployment. India is the future face of Allstate. I get calls from India every day about claims. Their responsibilities increase.
Allstate India has people working for 12 hours a day (pretty standard for outsourced operations of any sort) for a lot less pay. If you've got limited funds, who would you keep on the payroll? There's a productivity per dollar spent metric, and it's not a very difficult decision. Being in American claims at Allstate is going the way of the dodo bird. Once the institutional knowledge in India reaches critical mass, it's so long, thanks for all the fish.
Exactly how it will go down, pushed out on a UN after 24 years. Lame made up B.S. my daily work conditions were made unbearable. I quit vs getting fired, luckily able to retire without losing anything. I could not stand another minute working for this company. We all are better than these slime corporate crooks. Don't waste your time try and move on soon.
