Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Fired for low clf scores?

Does anyone know if people are being being fired for low clf scores? I overheard that CSLs are indicating that if we continue to get low clfs especially on restoration then our jobs are on the line?

Our RCL told us last week the CLF will no longer be a part of the adjuster’s PDS. Seems silly that they would fire someone for low CLF when it’s not even a metric for our PDS anymore, but I wouldn’t put anything last Allstate at this point.

Property 900 will put you on a UN and eventually fire you for low CLF. They can barely retain staff right now.

Funny how they blame the employees when it’s the companies fault for the customers dissatisfaction . We are only doin what we are told and customers don’t like.

In claims (not auto) we were told by our CSL that if they fall below a certain % (she believes 75% but not sure and she thinks that % is up to the RCLs) then we will be put on action plan and if not improved enough by end of month we will be termed for unacceptable performance.

It’s customer service surveys . Everyone in auto had a few low scores due to serious delays in addressing estimates after 2-3 weeks of cars arriving at shops. We’re told the CLF scores aren’t held against you right now due to transformative growth issues .
