HR says they just want to help. They want you to be happy and love the company.

UP can ram that survey very far up their asses...
This has already been said before, but why fill out a survey? Nothing has changed before and it's very unlikely to change in the future. If they want better participation in a survey, then they need to do it a bit different. Have them do a yearly survey that asks employees about the executive team and whether or not they should still be with the company. I think the participation rate would be much higher. The truth is that no one cares anymore. The surveys are a joke and always have been. The executives are going to do what they feel is right and how they can benefit the most. When those a55clowns have ruined the company enough, they'll jump ship and watch the rest of it go down.
Well they certainly don’t need big lips for that.
Those surveys are a complete waste of time. They only serve as an illusion that the carrier listens to the complaints of employees. It also makes HR look like they are actually doing something other than just giving lip service. They can lip service my root.
They definitely don’t care if you love the company. These surveys are just show and nothing else. At this point we have to realize this is a job and nothing else. The company owes me a paycheck for the work I do and I owe them an honest days work for that pay. I do not owe them anything else. UP will let us go whenever they believe we are no longer get needed and we are free to find other jobs whenever we can or want to. I look at UP as a way to make money and take care of my family. When I am no longer wanted here or find what I consider a better job I will leave. I am past taking this stuff personally. The company only looks at us as numbers and I consider them a tool to make a living, no love lost on either side.
