Just imagine if we were rewarded for failure the way the leadership is. Imagine if we got paid more the worse we did our job. How long would that last?
It just pisses me off when I see the numbers those on the top make for doing a lousy job. I have nothing against people being properly compensated for their work when they're doing it right. However, when they keep messing up and continue to be rewarded for it then you know there's something wrong with the system.
