Why waste our energy and risk getting PIPd-off by submitting questions when we all know they’ll be watered down and answered arrogantly (if at all) by a so-called “leader” who has long since lost every ounce of our respect anyway? Our silence can speak loudly.
Of course, the longer this drags on, the more scrambling HR or P&GA will likely do to plant some fake questions, but a complete lack of engagement from actual frontline employees sends a strong message.
