Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Imagine you are piloting several new business models at once, sales agents working as contractors or hired directly with the company. The reports or “numbers” are sent to Glenn/Terrance daily but are incorrect, yes by design those reports LIE to make the “numbers” look better then things are. Managers and a Director wanting to keep their jobs and those salaries are aware yet say nothing. Who’s going to dig deeper at those reports for the truth, you accept what you are shown as truth? Dig a little deeper and ask the grunts what’s really going on, you are being sold a narrative that doesn’t exist Tom/Glenn/Terrance.
