How many of us stayed longer than planned at BN only because of COVID? I intended to leave just before the pandemic happened, but then I decided not to make any drastic changes, mostly out of insecurity.
I felt like it was too late but I sincerely regret that decision. It is now many times harder to find a job, hundreds of people apply for any open position.

Lots of Jobs deemed essential had to hire more people. If you’re at BN, Covid hasn’t prevented you from leaving. If anything, it should have opened your eyes . If you keep them closed it’s no one’s or no situation’s fault. Only yours.

BN shut down during the pandemic. Furloughed ( laid off/ fired) several employees. BN NOT considered essential There’s plenty of essential jobs.
They were hiring like crazy while you sat home waiting to go back to selling memberships that have less & less perks. Congratulations.Fast food workers were more “heroic” than you.

There were lots of places open deemed “ESSENTIAL “ ( not BN) They had to hire a lot of people. So, there’s really NO excuse. You could’ve gotten another job if you wanted to.

The smartest people were already looking for new jobs way before the huge layoff happened. We all knew that the company was going down the toilet and that mass layoff just confirmed it.
If you're looking now, good luck and do your research. Read reviews on sites like Indeed and even Yelp, you don't want to have to work for scum like this again!
