Keep the people who are doing a great job and get rid of those who contribute the least - which is the majority of upper management. There is plenty of fat to cut at AIG but it's not on the bottom. This will save plenty of money and help bring in new talent that'll hopefully be able to help get this place out of the mess it's in right now.

Agree, but need to start at the top! The board is terrible, stock is still down since this new leadership took over years ago.
