I think the best description of how management sees us and what they do to us - they are actually playing games with us. That’s right, playing games, and I’m tired of that. They try to act professional, but that no longer has anything to do with professionalism, and the way they run the company is far from any common sense.

Neidorff has one foot in the grave. The man is so old that anyone with half a brain knows that he probably wants to sell it all off soon.
The rumor is, in May again other 3000 should be gone, and will be west coast, salaries are lower in the east coast and they want to keep the way wellcare was doing business: failing members, vendors, brokers, employees, not for nothing they have 1 star rating! and they do not care. Centene is full of fraud, unscrupulous, corrupt, greedy, inept management, and they do not care at all! Be ready, another wave of layoff is coming in May!
This company is so phony. And Neidorff's lizard face is always talking about how important the employees are, and the values at Centene. Please! This company is built on LIES!
Yep that's all they do. I can see right through the phoniness. Nothing makes sense. The company is laying off every quarter, they have laid off 3000 positions in February, but yet they are giving out bonuses to some , and pay increases. Don't get me wrong, the increases and bonus for those who get them, comes in handy. But we all know, it will be short lived. And will come with a price..
