I’m well paid here and there aren’t many places where I would be paid that much for the same job as here, but honestly, I would gladly give up part of the salary just to make the atmosphere a little better. It's become unbearable for me to work while dealing with uncertainty and stress every day. So I decided to take a job at another company for significantly less money, because health and peace are priceless.

Something has changed. Heavy recruiting action and companies directly inviting me to apply. Last year was crickets
If you have not been looking outside, there are plenty of jobs out there. Hopefully, Seagate can get the hint and fix things for all or keep losing good people..
