I can't believe what this company has become. Admittedly, there has been a lot of that before, but now individualism (by which I mean expressing one’s own opinion) is almost eradicated.
Is that normal for a company whose focus is on creativity?
I'm getting tired of the abnormal need of superiors to be pleased. I I can’t be falsely pleasant anymore.

Such a toxic place. The white cliques are horrifying. They don’t see how truly out of touch they are.
If you can't be falsely pleasant, you'd probably better look for another place to work. Opposing points of view are only welcome if they come from the top down, not the other direction. If you make waves, you'll be making an exit sooner than you think. Remember, Mattel is NIMBLE when it comes to dumping people.
