I have not received any notification, but I have a feeling that the dismissal will come very soon. Question for those better informed - is there a possibility of negotiating severance pay?
A solid job came up for me, it pays less than here so I’m debating whether to accept it, especially because I am still reluctant to miss the severance. Is it worth the wait?

I think The answer is no, but it is still the best time to leave now. Nokia is a forever dying company, The result is never ending distress. All are making loads of money with 5G except Nokia, Nokia lost the business of Verizon, AT&T already and will loss T mobile soon.
