There are so few true leaders left here. We have bloated management, most of who are nothing but glorified pencil pushers who don't even know what those they're supposed to be managing do. We could save so much money by getting rid of a majority of them. Then we could actually bring in or even promote people capable of making some much needed changes. Not that I expect it would ever happen.

You have to remove people before you hire any more. If you don't do that first, they'll just join the leadership club with everyone else and nothing will change It's been seen multiple times when someone has bucked the "club," they're gone soon after.
The club is so strong, AK can't change it.
You're using wrong words. Those "leaders" are not what you're looking for. Try bureaucrats or technocrats. Their salary motivates them not to leadership but control.
Leadership is when you have a leader and followers. Instead you have slave herders.
Human Resources neutered management years ago. Conformity has replaced excellence and the long term results are with us. It’s a problem everywhere.
The only thing IBM needs MORE of is revenue, and time and again IBM has shown that more “leaders” doesn’t yield more revenue. They need LESS management, LESS process, LESS bureaucracy, LESS apathy, and most of all, LESS of this unacceptable poor treatment of employees.
we need more workers, not paper pushing leaders with no brains
The FLMs are focused on the wrong things. They just add complexity to processes that frustrate us grunts. Throw in Checkpoint and it adds up to a lot of fun.
Well since Ak hasn't changed much of exec team, so i don't expect anything different than ginni era.
