It's become very difficult to find any value and reason to stay in this company. Not that long ago, there used to be many. Now it’s just paycheck, and that’s not so satisfying anymore because some of my colleagues earn a lot more after they leave here. I would like to know if someone decides to stay here because it is nice to be here, and not because of the fear of a new beginning?

Riverbed is good for two things: a paycheck and as a springboard.
Do you like and respect the people you interact with most often at work? Is there a good work life balance? Those two conditiins are enough for many.
Look we should all know by now working for a private equity owned tech co is what it is, some pros and many cons. But there are alot of d bags out there and if you aren't dealing with many on a regular basis that can be very valuable.
