roll call who in here was told the top pay for a SM? topped out at 65k and no raise? is this true?

I started at over 65k at a mid-volume store. The SM at the highest volume store in our district at the time was making around $90k before bonus.
Depends on market, cap is $67k here in southeast coast. TSM I make $69k plus bonus and still 3.5% raise this year for HP so prob capped around $72-75
Not true at all. I have SMs who make over $100k not counting their bonus
It all depends on the market and the fs sales volume. Mostly the sales volume.
Sounds true. There’s different areas of the country that might be true. Sounds like you’re in the south East where cost of living is lower. I’m making 73k a year without bonuses.

It’s also dependent on a stores sales volume.
85K is the top out in Florida. Might be higher in NYC or California.
My neighbor's sister is a Store Manager at McDonald's and makes more than that.
