Over 15 voicemails during my two days off and 5 new water claims assigned when I get back after my “weekend”. Are you effing kidding me?!?! How’s this workload even remotely manageable?????

Why are you not blocking your voicemail on your days off? I make sure I don’t get any voicemails on my days off either press 0 or wait until I come back.
Come to the auto side and you’ll see the real nightmare.

It’s just as bad on the auto side too. Skeleton crew with not enough adjusters to give the work to so we’re forced to work 12-13 hour days plus weekends as salaried employees. The layoffs screwed not just us but the customers too. Funny thing is Allstate wants near perfect customer service survey scores from us and estimate accuracy scores too.
Grow a pair....it is like this with all carriers
