The deal is they do not remotely care if your work is managable. It is all part of the grand plan. The powers that be make it so unless you can work 70 hours a week you can never keep up. They hire 6 people in India that combined makes less than you. 6 people making sc-aps get the numbers pushed through however customers suffer with their cars in the shop for over a month but who cares. We are Allstate so they will wait....

Exactly . Transformative growth will be the end of Allstate . Tenured customers are moving on . Virtual assist isnt working and as other insurance companies send their adjusters back into the body shops Allstate will have to do the same . Shops are AJ ready tired of taking time out of their day to write estimates and do the work of adjusters .
