I'm looking for one person who is currently happy with their job at Allstate. Just one. Is there such an individual? I'm nearly 100 percent certain I'll get zero positive replies. This company has become so bad that every single employee is miserable and looking for a way to jump ship. How can leadership just stand around and do nothing about this?

Anyone who claims they enjoy working for this cesspool are one of the following:
1) Full blown troll
2) Have the last names Shapiro, Wilson, Brandt, Williams, and/or Parsons
3) Are a friend/buddy/chum/drinking buddy/lover of said #2
4) A shareholder trying to speak out against any negativity regarding Allstate to protect their fat cat investment.
5) Would enjoy the tactics and treatment the Viet Cong bestowed upon their captured enemies.
If anyone says they like this job they are lying!!! Constantly getting berated by customers and then by management. No raises !!! Increased work less workers ! Who loves this and what country is this???

Best job ever. I hardly have to work at all and I make a sh@t ton on money. I am overpaid and underworked and just keep getting promoted. The rest of you slugs should get with it; play the game right and you can ride the wave too.
I’m just counting the days until I retire next year. The wheels are coming off of Allstate.
I KNOW who that Hudson claims employee is!! It is that big boy brown nosing manager with the bad hairpiece that can't keep his pants from constantly falling below his barrel belly. The one that walks while overly swinging his arms. He was always in the grill of the home office stooges whenever they slinked their way into the Hudson campus. He always seemed so content when all Hell and madness was breaking loose.
I am a 20+ employee working in claims in Hudson and am not a troll. I do enjoy my job and am not miserable. It has been really tough this past with all the changes with transformative growth. Employee morale has been down, but I also think you need to make your happiness. If you are miserable in your job, then you should absolutely find a job you love. In the same token, if you are in a job you don’t love and can’t afford to switch jobs, then you need to look at yourself no see what you can do so you are not miserable at your job. No one is forcing anyone to stay at Allstate.
My dept had extremely low percentage that took survey should speak volumes when no one gives c-ap past point of no return for most allstate is going to lose so many employees in next few months once may vaccine roll out watch the turnover
I love my job at Allstate.
Claims s—s ..6-7 days a week to keep up with the increased workload is insane ! Worst job ever ! Ill continue to put in the 60 hours a week without OT until I can find something better . Used to be a great place to work . Now it’s constant micromanagement . They layed off 2/2 the adjusters and want perfect customer service surveys . Plus raises are 2% now lol.
I love my job at Allstate and approaching 20 years with the company. I hope I can retire in 10-15 years but with the way things are going I worry about the company going down the drain in a few years. I am a professional and I have no complaints about my time with Allstate. I am not a troll or some Corp kiss a–. If I worked in Claims my opinion would be a lot different. I am getting rid of Allstate as my insurer since I have no faith in their ability to take care of customers anymore. It is sad to see what s happening but if I get laid off or fired I wouldn't begrudge Allstate ... it is corporate America folks what did you expect? Loyalty? Really? These days even civil service jobs aren't safe
Because leadership is mostly a bunch of brown nosers who willingly & eagerly goes along with everything coming from the top! In hopes that it will somehow get them to the next level.
