I am online now working my queue as requested and I was just reviewed and assesessed by Allstate India. They are now reviewing our work. They are also now our compliance and they are also receiving screens of our work. Allstate India is also receiving licensing to do claims adjusting...they call it permits from the USA.

Agree on the comment to the Not Busy employee. They will drop you into claims with no training. Just answer phones and tread water. That’s what everyone else is doing anyway.
“Not enough adjusters” Im an adjuster too and agree. Don’t work all that unpaid time though let system fall apart otherwise things won’t change except your health and family

Be careful what you wish for Mr/Ms "Not Busy". They are force pulling employees and managers from not busy areas and forcing them onto the understaffed and far behind front lines of claims, agency services, and customer service and burying them in the Hell that is present there.
Can I ask? What departments are you in that you’re that I’m not that busy at all!
Yeah, my team is working 4-5 hours a day on Saturdays and Sunday’s plus the usual 11-12 hour days during the week trying to keep up with the 7-9 inspections we have to write estimates for or we get written up for our pending back log . It’s been this way for about 4-6 months or more now ever since they layed off 1/2 the adjusters . Not enough adjusters to handle the incoming work .
OP here. Unfortunately yes. I have to put in at least 6-8 hours minimum on Saturdays and Sundays each day in addition to my 12 hour weekdays in order to keep up with my workflow. Or I am threatened with UN write ups and termination. We had the kiddos' sports on Saturday so had to get work done last evening. I worked last night from 10pm to about 4 this morning. Will have to put in some time later today too. But what do you do? Job market s—s around here and got bills to pay.
Why were you working after midnight on a Saturday night? Is that really the norm now?
Maybe they will have them layoff people as HR is pretty much gone and our managers are all working on the front lines
